The present rental is made according with french law about this subject in particular those below which obliges the buyer or the tenant to execute, at the risk of damages or of termination of the rental agreement without possibility to demand the decrease of the rent.

The arrival is generally planned on Saturday afternoon from 5:00 pm. The departure is generally planned on Saturdays mornings before 10:00 am.
In case of late arrival, the time of rent can not be extended of so much.

After his deposit, tenant having commit to stay for the defined period and paid fully the rent 3 weeks before his coming despite accident, disease or unforeseen event. In the opposite, owner can at once rent this apartment without refund the tenant.

In case of cancellation from the tenant, owner save definitly the deposit apply the following compensation:

- Cancellation more than 21 days before the beginning of the stay: 50 % of total amount

deduction until 100 % of the compensation if the apartment is rented to an other tenant.

The owner is not responsable of transport or travel of tenant to reach the location of holiday.

The tenant involve to use the apartment and his equipments in the state they will be when arriving and to let them in the same state when leaving. In case of dammages, the owner could claim to the tenant when he's leaving, compensations for cleaning or replacing objetcts with dammages.

The tenant has to occupy places personally, live in them " in good head of family " and to maintain them. All the equipments are working order and any complaint about beyond 24 hours after the entrance cannot be admitted. All immediate repairs necessaty during the rent will be afford by tenant without any compensation or discount of rental.

The tenant has to take care tranquillity of the neighborhood who must not be disturbed by his fact or of his family (noises, smells, smokes, lights...).

At the departure, the appartment must be cleaned. Otherwise, fees will be claimed at the current price.

The tenant will have to avoid absolutely throwing in washbasins, toilets, kitchen sinks etc. objects likely to block pipes, otherwise he will to fund for the restoration of these devices.

Pets are not admitted.

Smoking in the apartment is forbidden.

The number of tenants cannot exceed 4.

The tenant is required to check if his insurance is suitable to the rental, he must check if his main home insurance policy provides the extension resort. The lack of insurance in case of disaster will result in damages.

No key will be delivered, renting can not begin before receipt of the deposit and the balance of the lease. A late payment resulting in a delay in the start date of rental will not result in a refund even partial. The deposit must be paid on site at the keys.
The deposit paid will be returned to the departure of the tenant if everything is in order.
For any loss, damage items, the amount of the deposit will be reduced by the cost of repair or replacement costs on presentation of invoice by the owner or lessor and within a maximum period of two months. If the deposit is not enough the tenant agrees to complete the amount upon presentation of receipts.
